worst slogan - ever!
"Where Customer Satisfaction is NOT an Option"
They’ve actually gone to the trouble of TM'ing this "slogan". This is a great example of the client having too much control.
People, please surrender a little control to your marketing/advertising agency. They actually know what they're talking about. Seriously. and they're a little more removed from the business than you so they can see that a slogan like this will probably just end up being a joke that get's sent around the internet.
