new job

now that i'm a student i've been trying to find some odd jobs so that I can afford food. Well instant noodles really.

I've already been a paid beer tester which was quite good, and now I have a new part time odd job. This is one of those things that I'm not sure if I'll tell my kids about (until they're older). It's either a dream job for most guys or a complete compromise of values.

I'm a barman in a strip club.

there, that's it. I'm following in the footsteps of good friend kiddy, who was a barman at the same club for a brief period.

it's money in the bank which is the most important thing for me at the moment. And I'm sure you won't believe me when I tell you that it's not as seedy and dodgy as you'd expect. Really.

the girls are quite immature. I liken them to little kids that've had too much sugar. They guys in the club aren't the most friendly people in the world and there are the occasional freak or two.

I'm sure that this job will provide much fodder for this blog - I might have to change the name to 'confessions of a stripclub barman.
