out of action

I’m wiring this post from an internet café because optus has disconnected me (see post below).

It’s a real inconvenience and they tell me that they now can’t re-connect me until the end of next week so you can understand my frustration!


Lies optus has told me:
- I’m going to fix that in the system for you
- At optus, we listen (marketing message repeated while on hold)
- You haven’t been disconnected
- I’ve fixed that for you
- I’m transferring you to someone that can help you
