Having been slacking off with the sting lately.

The soft taco dish was awesome. Its basically lime marinated chicken with a spicy coriander slaw served with a grilled corn cob. Using Wholemeal soft tacos added a great flavor.

The other dish we had last night and it as really surprising. It involved roasting beetroot and creating a simple red wine vinegar dressing for the pearl cous cous with was mixed it with fetta and rocket to wilt and melt together.
